We deliver to 25,000+ pincodes across India, including all major metros, Tier-1, Tier-2 and most Tier-3 cities. To check serviceability for your area, enter your pincode on the product or checkout page.
Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched the same day; orders after 4 PM go out the next business day. We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.
Express delivery (next-day or same-day) is available in select metros — Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata. Choose Express at checkout (extra fees apply) to enjoy faster delivery.
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders above ₹500. Orders below this threshold attract a small shipping fee, shown transparently at checkout.
Every order gets a tracking ID emailed and SMS'd to you on dispatch. You can also track live from "My Orders" in your account. Tracking goes live within 24 hours of dispatch.
Occasionally, weather, courier strikes, festive surges or remote-pincode constraints may delay delivery beyond the estimated date. We proactively notify you via email/SMS and our support team will assist with status updates.

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please do NOT accept delivery or take a photo immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as per your preference.
