You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for most products. The 7-day window starts the day your order is marked delivered. Some categories (electronics, fashion) follow specific category-level return windows, which are mentioned on the product page.
Items can be returned if they arrived damaged, defective, incorrect (wrong size/colour/model), or significantly different from what was advertised. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable: innerwear, swimwear, customised/personalised products, perishable goods, beauty products once opened, prepaid mobile recharges, gift cards, and any item explicitly marked as "Non-returnable" on the product page.
Open the order from "My Orders", select "Request Return", choose a reason and upload photos if applicable. Our team reviews and approves within 24 hours. We then schedule a free pickup at your address. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, your refund is initiated.
Refunds are credited within 5-7 business days of pickup verification. For prepaid orders, the refund goes back to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are credited to your Zoom Shop wallet or bank account (if provided).
If you receive a damaged or defective item, raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the issue. We will arrange free pickup and refund (or replacement if you prefer) on priority.
