This Privacy Policy explains how Zoom Shop ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website, app, or services.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, addresses, password hash.
• Order data: products purchased, delivery address, payment method (we never store full card numbers — Razorpay holds those).
• Device data: device model, app version, crash reports.

2. How we use your data

To fulfill your orders, to keep you signed in, to send transactional emails/SMS (order confirmations, OTPs), and to improve the product. We do not sell your data.

3. Sharing

We share the minimum necessary information with: payment processors (Razorpay), shipping providers (Shiprocket, India Post), and SMS/email providers (Fast2SMS, SendGrid).

4. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or deletion of your account, by writing to privacy@zoomshop.com. We respond within 30 days.
