For card/UPI/wallet orders you're charged at checkout. For COD orders, you pay only when the package is delivered. Refunds for cancelled paid orders go to your Zoom Shop wallet within 24 hours.
As per RBI guidelines, only the gateway (not Zoom Shop) tokenises your card for future use. You can opt-in during checkout — we'll never charge a saved method without your consent.
