Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, Zoom Wallet, UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking (via Razorpay). Online payments are encrypted end-to-end and never touch our servers in plain form.
When will my refund be processed?
Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or to your Zoom Wallet (instant) — your choice on the Returns screen.
What is the return policy?
Most products have a 7-day return window starting from the day of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags intact. Some categories (perishables, hygiene products) are non-returnable.
How do I return a damaged item?
Open the order in My Orders, choose Return → Damaged, attach a photo, and submit. Our team confirms within 24 hours and a reverse-courier pickup is scheduled.
