Account

How do I change my password?
Open Profile → Security → Change Password. You will need your current password (or a fresh OTP if you forgot it).
I forgot my password — what now?
Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. We send a one-time code to the email or phone you registered with — enter it and pick a new password.

Orders

How do I track my order?
Open the My Orders screen in the app or the website and tap any order to see live tracking via Shiprocket — once the courier picks it up, the AWB number turns into a tappable status badge.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — from My Orders, tap the order and choose Cancel. Orders that have already been picked up by the courier can no longer be cancelled; raise a Return instead.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, Zoom Wallet, UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking (via Razorpay). Online payments are encrypted end-to-end and never touch our servers in plain form.
When will my refund be processed?
Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or to your Zoom Wallet (instant) — your choice on the Returns screen.

Returns

What is the return policy?
Most products have a 7-day return window starting from the day of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags intact. Some categories (perishables, hygiene products) are non-returnable.
How do I return a damaged item?
Open the order in My Orders, choose Return → Damaged, attach a photo, and submit. Our team confirms within 24 hours and a reverse-courier pickup is scheduled.

Sellers

How do I become a seller on Zoom Shop?
Visit Sell on Zoom Shop in the footer or app menu. Apply with your GSTIN/PAN and we approve verified sellers within 48 hours. Commission starts at 5% — see the seller agreement for full terms.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3–7 business days; Express is next-day where available. Orders placed before 4 PM dispatch the same day from the closest vendor warehouse.
Do you deliver across India?
We deliver to over 25,000 pincodes. Enter your PIN on any product page to check serviceability — restricted areas are marked clearly.
